Here's Ben's Matrix 12 sustain setting which I couldn't get to work:īTW, the new Solina (which I love but KILLS my CPU) also does not have a normal sustain pedal function, just a "Sustain Length" slider. it also has NO SUSTAIN function if you just launch it and start playing. I HAVE to switch to another brand plugin first and then back to an Arturia plugin. Now I just tried to switch from Prophet V2 to Matrix 12 in Logic.

The "Release mode" method seems to require reprogramming any patch you want to use the sustain pedal with - I never came up with any usable setting. Maybe the original Prophet did this, but it is very bizarre. If I enable the HOLD mode mentioned above it still sucks: for one thing, releasing and pressing sustain pedal retriggers the note. Now, if I launch the latest Prophet V2, standalone or Logic AU, and I pull up a string patch, I have no sustain function, which frankly kind of sucks. When enable sustain pedal will act as an hold switch Legacy "HOLD" sustain mode = This mode is available in the pref view (click on prophet logo). In order to enable this mode simply switch of RELEASE button and set release time to a noticeable value. Release mode = Sustain Pedal will switch on release of the VCA.
